Jake has been involved with Weatherization and building trades since 2009 and currently manages the Building Performance Center in Bellingham, Washington. Jake has worked as a crew member, crew leader, energy auditor, Lead Risk Assessor, proctor, trainer, inspector, so most steps on the career ladder for WX worker. He has presented at multiple conferences, loves baking bread, is a block-printing artist, and is a firm believer that elementary school teaching/training styles is the way to keep things interesting.
