Carolyn Hill serves as the Deputy Director of Weatherization at CEDA in Chicago, Illinois, where she oversees teams responsible for intake, cost reporting, client relations, and file management. She holds an IHWAP Energy Auditor Certification and has delivered customer service and client relations workshops for organizations including the Building Performance Association, the Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies, and the Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation. Over her 29 year tenure, Carolyn has contributed to multiple industry committees, including the Affordable Comfort Program Retreats, the Affordable Comfort Institute’s Diversity Outreach Task Force, and the Building Performance Association conference working group. She was also featured in Home Energy Magazine in the article “Delivering Customer Service for Weatherization Clients.” She is a recipient of the Weatherization Excellence in Leadership Award from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, the Office of Community Assistance.
