Whether you are newer to the Weatherization Assistance Program or someone who typically deals with the technical or field components or someone who just wants a basic high-level understanding of overall program administrative and operations, this session is for you. Hear directly from experienced administrators and field workers across Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin about how Weatherization is structured, funded, and managed. Attendees will better understand role responsibilities, state differences, and how service providers can effectively utilize funding and systems while maintaining compliance. Learn best practices for client communication, job flow, documentation, and quality checkpoints to keep projects moving smoothly from application to closeout. Through strong administrative practices outreach workers, auditors, crews, contractors, and inspectors can be better supported while providing excellent customer service and quality measure installations.
