Greg Pierce has been in the energy efficiency industry for more than 15 years. He is the Entergy Arkansas (EAL) Multifamily Homes Program manager since its launch in 2012, a certified BPI Building Analyst since 2009 and a certified BPI Proctor since 2020. As the EAL Multifamily Homes Program Manager, Greg has led a team of trade allies to perform weatherization and HVAC measures in over 25,000 multifamily units while personally performing over 200+ audits that include both field testing and virtual inspections of work submitted. In 2020, the EAL Multifamily Homes program expanded to include commercial measures for multifamily property common areas such as outdoor lighting, lobby HVAC tune-ups, and pool pump upgrades. Greg has also consulted in the design of other multifamily programs and has earned internal awards for the performance of the programs he has been involved with. During his time at ICF, Greg has also been heavily involved in the creation and implementation of A/C and heat pump tune-up measures for the entire residential portfolio of programs in Entergy Arkansas Service territory.
