In her role, Kaleena collaborates with local contractors and state partners to implement effective weatherization strategies that meet both regulatory standards and community needs. She is known for her strategic leadership, data-driven decision-making, and commitment to expanding equitable access to energy resources across Rock and Walworth Counties in Wisconsin.
