Dan Perunko co-founded Balance Point Home Performance in 2007. He set out to apply building science principles to both new and retrofit construction projects. Over the last 19 years Balance Point has had significant success creating durable, comfortable, healthy low energy homes. Dan has become well versed in both mechanical systems and building enclosure systems. For the last 17 years, Dan has been offering classes taught from the perspective of a field installer that address the key components and processes necessary to construct energy efficient buildings. Dan brings a large amount of design, installation and commissioning experience to his talks. He is looking forward to sharing that experience with you.
