Charlie Holly is a Computer Scientist in the Building Simulation and Design Group at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory where he leads multiple residential buildings projects, including the Home Energy Score, RED Calc, the Quality Install Tool, and Home Energy Rebates. Before joining PNNL, Charlie worked in the energy efficiency industry for fourteen years. He spent six years as a home energy auditor and then co-founded Residential Energy Dynamics where he was the CEO and chief software architect for their suite of RED Calc tools used by most energy auditors in the US.
