As Industry Relations Director for the Home Ventilating Institute, Nick Hurst is driven to improve the health and efficiency of homes. Nick studied Conflict Transformation while gaining years of in-field technical experience, later earning a Master’s in Building Science, delivering training programs at Appalachian State University, and managing consultants in ICF’s Federal Energy Efficiency portfolio.

He has less technical training in music, but just as much passion for its creation and refinement, as a similar consensus-building and communications tool.
