Jamie Reeder is the Quality Assurance Manager at Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP), bringing 35 years of dedicated service to the agency. She began her career with 17 years in Accounting, building strong expertise in financial management and organizational operations before transitioning to the Housing & Energy Department, where she has served for the past 18 years.
In Housing & Energy, Jamie has played a pivotal role in the oversight and support of key programs, including the Community Housing Impact & Preservation (CHIP) program, the Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP), WarmChoice, the Electric Partnership Program (EPP), and Community Connections. Her extensive experience provides her with a comprehensive understanding of regulatory compliance, program operations, and the evolving needs of the communities GLCAP serves.
Jamie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and applies her financial and analytical background to her current role. She designs and manages quality assurance and financial oversight systems that ensure compliance with program standards and performance benchmarks. She also oversees the strategic coordination of weatherization funding to maximize efficiency and impact.
Her commitment to accuracy, accountability, and community service strengthens GLCAP’s Housing & Energy programs and advances the organization’s mission.
