Robert Rusteberg represents Ameren Illinois as a Program Supervisor overseeing a variety of residential energy efficiency program offerings through the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program. His roles over 10 years within the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Programs have centered around supporting Residential Energy Efficiency offerings and ensuring they are accessible and are reaching a multitude of housing stocks and customer segments. Most recently, his roles have focused on supporting energy efficiency pilot measures and offerings through development, implementation and incorporation into the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Portfolio of Offerings. Today, Robert, through the Ameren Illinois Energy Efficiency Program’s Market Transformation efforts, is helping to support a statewide collaboration with other Illinois Gas and Electric Utilities to support Energy Efficient Window education, options, and solutions to our collective customers.
