Single family Energy Auditors are great at what they do, and they sometimes fear the larger buildings, or even worse, dealing with the OWNER! This session is designed to reduce your anxiety, and walk you through the process of dealing with a large building. It will focus on energy analysis, large HVAC equipment, stack effect, and other parts of building science that make multis different, and in some cases, easier than multifamily.
