Almost all employees, not just high performers, are looking for mentorship - this is especially true of new employees and young adults. This session will provide an overview from years of research on young adult brain development and how it can be applied to workforce development to motivate young adults, build stronger relationships and have more engaged employees by shifting from management to mentorship.
