Alyshia joined the Halco team in 2015 as part of the Home Energy modeling department working daily with the NYSERDA programs. Once she learned the ropes she became a part of Halco's production scheduling team, then led the way as office manager. In 2023, Alyshia stepped out of the office and was a top producer on our sales team as a Home Solutions Expert. Now in 2026 she serves as Vice President of Sales in Halco's Home Energy department. Alyshia ensures our sales are flowing and we're putting customer's first, every step of the way. She's always pushing to better our processes and efficiencies.
