Paul Bosson

Paul Bosson is a real estate executive and industry leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth at the intersection of brokerage, technology, and home performance. He spent several years at Zillow, where he led high-performing partnership teams and managed a portfolio generating over $500 million in annual Premier Agent revenue. In that role, he worked closely with top brokers and team leaders across the country to bring practical, revenue-driving solutions into their daily workflows.

Today, Paul serves as Vice President of Channel Partnerships at Pearl, where he leads business development across brokerages, agents, and proptech partners. His work focuses on making home performance visible, trusted, and valued in the real estate transaction. As a licensed real estate agent based in the Seattle area, Paul brings both industry perspective and field experience to his work, helping bridge the gap between innovation and real world adoption.
