Shad Cook

Shad Cook has been an integral part of Halco for more than 28 years, holding multiple positions before becoming President. Over the course of his career, he has witnessed—and helped lead—Halco’s transformation from a small plumbing and heating company into the full-service energy performance contractor it is today.

In his current role, Shad oversees all mechanical installations across both residential and commercial sectors. His team designs and installs systems for new construction projects as well as upgrades and retrofits for existing buildings, ensuring every project meets Halco’s high standards of quality, efficiency, and innovation

As a LEED Accredited Professional, Shad has contributed his expertise to numerous LEED-certified projects, bringing sustainable building practices into Halco’s portfolio of services. His deep technical knowledge, paired with decades of leadership experience, continues to play a central role in Halco’s growth and its reputation as an industry leader in whole-home performance.
