Megan Meadows serves as the Weatherization Senior Program Manager at NASCSP. - Prior to joining the NASCSP team, Meadows has served in various roles at the federal, state and local level. Most recently, as the Director of the Division of Energy Assistance within Office of Community Services, Administration for Children and Families at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In that role Meadows oversaw the administration of the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), providing grants to states, tribes and territories.
Meadows’ prior experience includes serving as the Chief of the Community Services Division at the Ohio Department of Development. This role directly oversaw the administration of Ohio’s Community Services Block Grant, Home Weatherization Assistance Program, State Energy Program, and other state and federally funded programs for Ohioans. Meadow’s career began at the Lancaster Fairfield Community Action Agency as a case manager providing services to residents of Fairfield County Ohio.
