Colleen Morris is CEO of Calico Energy, where she leads work with utilities and energy organizations to unlock the value of building-level energy data and accelerate building decarbonization. Her work focuses on helping utilities and program administrators use data and analytics to improve energy efficiency programs, support grid optimization, and deliver stronger outcomes for commercial and multifamily buildings.
Colleen regularly speaks at conferences and regulatory forums across the energy sector, including events hosted by Regional Energy Efficiency Organizations (REEOs)—like NEEP, NEEA, MEEA, NCSEA, KEEA, and EEA-NJ—as well as ACEEE, NARUC, and other industry groups. Her work is summarized in the ACEEE Summer Study paper “The Invisible Elephant: Building Level Data from Utilities.”
