Amy Dryden is Senior Director of Research at the Association for Energy Affordability, Inc. where she leads research and development projects focused on decarbonization, indoor air quality and health and specializes in codes and standards, training. Her applied research work includes electrification of a block, 3 health and electrification research projects and a multifamily initiative to address barriers in advancing electrification in our frontline communities. She has contributed to national, state, and local auditing, and green building standards, for DOE, California Low Income Housing Tax Credit Programs, GreenPoint Rated, Building Performance Institute and California Energy and Green Building Codes. With over 30 years in the residential industry, Amy has the pleasure of work with a diverse set of building industry stakeholders from contractors to owners to local government to state agencies to provide healthy affordable housing in a decarbonized future.
