Nicole Peoples, Energy Services and Community Development Director, oversees the entire Energy Services Community Development division as well as the Ohio Weatherization Training Center and the Ohio Center for Lead Abatement. She manages local stakeholders and vendors, ensures performance outcomes within the division, and manages scheduling, billing, and reporting for program implementation-managing over $18 million annually in program funding.
Ms. Peoples is also responsible for establishing new lines of business and managing contracts under the for-profit subsidiary of COAD. Her oversight extends to program field/administrative staff and for subcontractors over a 30-county territory.
Ms. Peoples is dedicated to improving her community at the local level as well as through service in state and national volunteer efforts as well. Ms. Peoples serves on several boards and advisory committees including the DOE State Energy Advisory Board, the Board of Directors for the Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy. Ms. Peoples holds a Bachelors of Specialized Studies and a Masters of Environmental Science from Ohio University.
