As Co-Founder of Monochrome Consulting, she partners with higher education institutions, nonprofits, government agencies, and clean energy organizations to design equitable workforce strategies that strengthen talent pipelines, deepen employer engagement, and drive inclusive economic growth.
With nearly two decades of experience in workforce development, program management, capacity-building, and strategic planning, Dr. Hills-Thomas brings a systems-level approach to advancing opportunity. Her expertise spans workforce policy, organizational development, and social impact strategy, with equity embedded in both process and outcomes. She has worked alongside diverse partners across education, workforce, and clean energy ecosystems, forging impactful collaborations and advancing initiatives that expand access and economic mobility nationwide.
