I have 20 Years of experience in the weatherization field. I started as a weatherization installer with Weather-Tite Systems Inc. working solely on HWAP and Housewarming work for 6 years.
In 2010 I was hired to work at the state weatherization training center COAD (Corporation for Ohio Appalachian Development) out of Athens Ohio at the Clevland training campus un till 2014. Training the weatherization work force for agencies administering the HWAP and Housewarming programs throughout the state of Ohio.
In 2015 I was hired at Cleveland Housing Network (now CHN Housing Partners) as a Weatherization inspector for the HWAP and Housewarming programs. I have continued to work with CHN Housing Partners as an inspector on staff and under contract. In 2021 I made the switch to be the quality control inspector for Housewarming and continued to work in that position until 2025 when I was promoted to the Housewarming Field Manager. As the Housewarming Field Manager I currently oversee all external inspectors and quality control related to heating and weatherization work and continued to work in that position to date.
