Jacquelyn “Jackie” Jackson oversees the daily operations of the Home Weatherization Assistance Program at CHN Housing Partners (CHN). In this role, she works closely with utility providers, public agencies and community partners to ensure the program remains responsive to the needs of low- and moderate-income residents.
Jackie joined CHN in 2005, first working in the development department before transitioning to lead the Home Weatherization Assistance Program in 2009. Over the years, she has been involved in several energy and housing initiatives including the Home Weatherization Assistance Program, Healthy Homes, Warm and Healthy, WarmChoice, and Housewarming.
Throughout her career, Jackie has collaborated with partners including the State of Ohio, the City of Cleveland, Enbridge Gas of Ohio, Environmental Health Watch, and community action agencies across the state. Her work has connected thousands of Ohio residents with important home improvements that improve safety, comfort, and energy efficiency.
