Julie Kempf serves as the Chief of Staff for the Indiana Office of Energy Development (OED). With 15 years of experience with the State of Indiana, she brings extensive experience in state government, leadership, strategic planning, and agency management. As Chief of Staff, Julie directs the agency’s administrative, financial, and programmatic activities, as well as serving as a strategic advisor to the Executive Director. Since joining OED in 2020, Julie has helped to develop several programs to advance the state’s energy policies and objectives, including the Indiana Energy Savers Program. Julie is a Certified Public Manager and received her Master of Public Affairs and Master of Environmental Science from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
