Kyle Brighton brings over a decade of experience in the energy efficiency sector, with a strong track record of implementing impactful residential and commercial programs across Washington and California. He previously managed the Glendale Water & Power Demand Response Program and led the implementation of Puget Sound Energy’s (PSE) Home Electrification Pilot. Kyle currently serves as the primary account owner and program lead for the BayREN EASE program and PSE’s Home Energy Consultation program. In addition to program operations, he has collaborated closely with marketing teams to develop and distribute outreach materials to more than 1,000,000 residents. Throughout his career, Kyle has supported regional decarbonization efforts by helping customers reduce energy consumption, adopt efficient technologies, and participate in utility-sponsored clean energy initiatives. His experience spans program design, implementation, customer engagement, and cross-functional partnership.
