Molly Berg is Manager of Resilience in the Built Environment with Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI). In this role, Molly supports the U.S. Habitat network and HFHI internal teams in climate resilience activities, programming, strategy, and communication. Her primary work is helping develop, deploy, and manage funding opportunities and technical assistance for climate resilient construction and related activities. Molly has also held positions as Senior Specialist of Building Science, Sustainable Building Program Manager, Acquisition Rehab Site Supervisor, and has 35 years of experience in the residential construction industry. She holds a B.S. in Urban Studies Environment & Infrastructure from the University of Minnesota and is a certified Home Energy Rating System Rater, Enterprise Green Communities Technical Assistance Provider, and a FORTIFIED Home Evaluator.
