Jonathan Clark serves as Senior Program Manager at Walker-Miller Energy Services, where he leads Michigan-based Workforce and Market Development initiatives. He oversees the strategy, implementation, and performance of major programs, including the DTE Energy Efficiency Academy and Consumers Energy Clean Energy Workforce Development Training Program, in addition to partnerships with the City of Detroit, State of Michigan, and philanthropic organizations such as the Gilbert Family Foundation and The Kresge Foundation. Prior to joining Walker-Miller, Jonathan was Director of Workforce Development at Detroit Training Center, where he designed and led skilled trades training programs in manufacturing, construction, and transportation in collaboration with the City of Detroit and the Mayor’s Workforce Development Board.
Jonathan attended the University of Michigan–Flint, studying Secondary Education, and quickly transitioned into education, serving as a Student Advocate with Flint Community Schools and later as a Career and Technical Education Advisor at Grand Blanc Community Schools. With more than 12 years of experience spanning workforce development, program management, STEM, and career and technical education, Jonathan is passionate about dismantling barriers and expanding access to high-quality career pathways for underserved communities.
