Greg is Chief Strategy and Technology Officer at Performance Systems Development, a company he founded in 1998. Greg’s work at PSD currently focuses on designing software and efficiency programs that cost effectively combine prediction with measurement in the delivery of commercial and residential performance based whole building programs. Greg also led the US DOE funded OpenEfficiency Initiative, providing support for commercial whole building programs to adopt DOE tools. In 2010 Greg received the Building Performance Institute's Lifetime Achievement Award. He is a past chair and policy chair of the Efficiency First trade association, has served on the RESNET board and is past chair of Affordable Comfort Inc. (now the Building Performance Association). He is currently providing program design, impact calculation and software support to next generation building performance programs in New York, New Jersey, and other states.
