Edgardo Encarnacion Winner of the 2025 International Impact Book Award for his book titled "The Growing Need for US States to take over Social Programs" is a seasoned energy efficiency program policy analyst and researcher with extensive experience in the US energy efficiency sector. He holds field studies in Energy Efficiency and Weatherization from The Clean Energy Center in Penn College of Technology and has been working in the Energy Efficiency field for almost 20 years. Edgardo is a Certified a Journeyman in the Fields of Energy Auditing and Energy Analyst by The Federal Apprenticeship and The Pennsylvania Apprenticeship Committees. His work in WAP and Private Utility Sectors has led to an understanding of the needs to secure Energy Efficiency for future generations. He has advised government agencies and private sector organizations on energy policy development and implementation. His expertise lies in the intersection of energy policy, political science, economic analysis, energy efficiency program development, field training with a focus on creating practical and effective solutions to complex energy efficiency program challenges. Edgardo has successfully held Building Performance Institute Certifications for over 15 years with constant continuing training to stay informed about the constant evolution in the Energy Efficiency Market.
