Bill Hoelzer is the founder of Volta Strategies, a marketing partner focused on helping home performance contractors.

Over the past 13 years, he has helped contractors across the country grow profitably through word-of-mouth and digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation, email marketing, and search engine optimization.

Before starting Volta Strategies in 2020, Hoelzer managed marketing for GreenSavers, an eight-time ENERGY STAR Contractor of the Year. During his time there, he increased sales appointments by 635% - an average of 36% growth every year for seven straight years.

Today, Hoelzer works with home performance contractors nationwide to build marketing systems that generate qualified leads and support long-term, profitable growth.
