Erika Dominick joined Walker-Miller Energy Services in 2018, bringing her passion for equity and inclusion to the clean energy industry. As a Senior Manager, Erika drives and supports utility-sponsored Market Development Initiatives across the company’s footprint, with a particular focus on advancing equity in workforce, business, and community development in the Ameren Illinois and ComEd service territories. Before joining Walker-Miller, Erika spent 20 plus years as a paralegal in various areas of law, most recently focusing on regulatory compliance at Ameren Services Company. In 2020, Erika co-authored the Research Report titled “Empowered. Diverse Business Development and Customer Engagement in Energy Efficiency” which highlights strategies for fostering energy justice and economic impact in underserved communities. Erika champions initiatives that uplift marginalized communities, ensuring that clean energy solutions are accessible and beneficial to all. She serves on the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance’s (“MEEA”) Workforce Committee, MEEA’s Midwest Energy Solutions Conference Advisory Committee, and as an Ad Hoc Board Member of the Association of Energy Services Professionals. She also participates in the ICC’s I-Q South Subcommittee on Diverse Contractors and the I-Q Energy Efficiency Committee, driving conversations around energy equity and economic empowerment.
