In the field of building performance, mastering practical skills through hands-on experience is essential. However, integrating online learning into these programs can significantly enhance both the effectiveness and accessibility of training. This session explores how blended learning—combining online instruction with in-person practice—can elevate training outcomes and streamline the learning process.  

Participants will discover innovative, engaging approaches to online instruction that go beyond traditional e-learning. We’ll explore tools and techniques that make digital content more interactive, relevant, and aligned with real-world applications. You’ll also learn how to strategically pair online modules with hands-on components and field experience to reinforce learning, improve retention, and reduce time spent in the field without compromising quality.
